Creator Content License

The short version

When you submit a video to Creator Rewards, you keep owning it. You give us permission to show it in our marketing, including paid ads. In exchange you receive the reward stated in your invitation. You can ask us to stop future uses at any time.

1. What you are giving us

You grant 3DMockups a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, edit, trim, caption, add music to, and create derivative works from the video you submit, along with your username, handle, and profile picture, for advertising and marketing our products and services.

This includes paid advertising on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google and similar platforms, our own website, app, email and social accounts, app store listings, and partner or press features.

2. You keep ownership

The video stays yours. This license does not transfer ownership, does not stop you from posting or monetizing it anywhere else, and does not make it exclusive to us.

3. What you promise

• The video is yours and you have the right to grant this license.
• Every person who appears or is heard in the video has agreed to appear in advertising.
• Any music, fonts, images or footage you did not create are cleared for commercial use, or you have removed them.
• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept this license.
• The video is not misleading, does not make claims we cannot support, and does not include unlawful, hateful or sexual content.

4. Disclosure is required

A product, refund or other reward counts as compensation. Your post must clearly disclose the specific benefit near the beginning of the caption or video, where viewers will notice it without expanding text. You may use #ad, say “3DMockups gave me this product for this post,” or, for a refund offer, say “3DMockups refunded my purchase for this post.” Do not use “gifted” alone for a refund. You must also follow the endorsement rules of your country and the platform where you post. If the disclosure is missing or unclear, we may require you to correct it before the submission is approved.

5. What you get

The reward shown in your invitation may be a specified product or a refund after an approved submission. Unless the invitation expressly says otherwise, there is no cash payment and no other compensation is owed for the license granted here.

We review submissions to check the rules above. We may decline a video without giving a reason, and we may change or end a rewards program at any time. Rewards already unlocked stay yours.

6. Withdrawing your video

Write to support@3dmockups.app and we will stop using your video in new marketing within 30 days, and take it out of the channels we control. Ads already printed, cached or distributed by third parties may take longer to disappear, and we may keep archival copies for our records. Rewards you already received are not affected.

7. Fraud

Submitting videos you did not make, buying engagement, using several accounts, or deleting a post after it counted may result in losing unclaimed rewards and being removed from the program.

8. The rest

This license is in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If we update this document we will ask you to accept the new version before your next submission. The version you accepted is stored with each video you send us.
