3DMockups respects intellectual-property rights and may remove or restrict content in response to a complete, valid notice. Copyright notices are legal statements. Consider fair use, licensing, public-domain status, and other lawful uses before submitting one. A person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation may be responsible for resulting damages.

A written notice should include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
3. Identification and precise URL or in-app location of the material you want removed.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

The subject line Copyright Notice helps us route the request. We may forward the notice, including contact details, to the uploader or seller and may preserve it as a legal record.

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court for your address—or, if outside the United States, a federal district where 3DMockups may be found—and your agreement to accept service from the original claimant or their agent.

We may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after forwarding a complete counter-notice unless the claimant tells us it filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. We may decline restoration where another lawful basis for removal applies.

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users or sellers who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We consider complete notices, counter-notices, retractions, court outcomes, and patterns of abuse rather than treating every allegation as a final finding.

Trademark, privacy, impersonation, or safety complaints that are not copyright claims should be sent to support. For nonconsensual intimate imagery, use the expedited Safety Takedown Request.
